Practical energy mastery is one of the most important skills that we can cultivate. And also one of the most a morphus skills that is talked about in the New Age teachings that are around. So what I wanted to do with the master key was to give people tangible energy mechanics, not just teach them new tricks, not just give them new visualizations, but introduce them to areas of their life, where those energies are already active, where they can already feel the sensations of energy, they just didn't realize that those were the things that they were feeling. So I wanted to introduce people to energy, and the mechanics of how that energy flows through their body, I wanted to introduce them to the signals that that energy represents so that they can start to discern between the different types of energy and on one level, because it's such a different vocabulary than what people have conventionally used to communicate with the reality consciously, they have to learn an entirely new language, because the language of energy, initially is a subconscious communication that happens between people in their environment. And what I want to do with a lot of the master key is take these things that are ordinarily unconscious and automatic, and bring them into your conscious awareness so that you can actively interact with them in a more empowered way. So when I teach energy mastery, there's so many layers of what that really means because it's actually built in layers, you're introduced first to the sensations of energy in your body as you felt them your entire life, you just didn't know what they were. And then I go through a series of different techniques and the different portals in this second part of the master key and a lot of techniques in the second part of the master key that begin to incrementally connect people more tangibly with this realm that they're in, as well as give them connection to the other layers of reality that they also exist in and learn the energetic communication that's happening between the two of them, so that they can use these connections to their advantage, and to augment really the way that they think and perceive the reality. Because when you start to open your fields up to this data that is around us at all times, most people because of the beliefs that they hold, they ignore a tremendous amount of energetic data that's around them all the time. And it's always there, it's not like it just now appeared, his consciousness expanded. So now this energy that has always been there, we have opened a vocabulary that they can start to read it. And now where Joe Schmo at the grocery store might be operating just on the conventional physical level of conversation, you now have a tremendous amount of more information in real time that you can interact with and respond to and do use to have a greater intelligence and wisdom around the things that you're currently interacting with. So you're able

Annie Earhart:

to uplevel your ability to be aware of the conversation happening underneath the conversation, the animal bodies interacting, the quantum field interacting.

Ryan Mintz:

So let's go one step further. Because this is a really, this will be a good example of this. So when I speak on this podcast, when I speak in my sessions, when I speak to you across the table from me, one of the things that I do is there's because I have this ability to translate energy, because I have this ability to sense energy, energy, communicate symbolically. So when I'm talking to somebody, now, I'm not just responding to the words that they say I'm feeling their energetic field. So when I'm speaking to something on this podcast, I actively almost visualize or hold in my field, a connection to somebody who has the problems that I'm trying to solve, or one of my clients, or people I've spoken to on social media, I understand their energy, even just through the text messages that I get, and I can connect to that. And that energy is available to me at all times. So that when I respond to their questions on my q&a is where I respond to their questions. Even on this podcast, I hold that energy, and I read it symbolically. And that gets translated naturally through my consciousness. And I can respond to that. And now people are like, it's like, you read my mail? How did you know all this stuff? How did you see all these things? Oh, happens

Annie Earhart:

all the time is someone will ask a question and then you respond not only to the question, but to the points, the questions that they haven't even come up with regarding that topic. yet so and then they their minds are blown. They're like, how did? How did you, you just answer my question. And you also answered the things that I couldn't even formulate or knew to ask,

Ryan Mintz:

Are you psychic, but it's not that I'm psychic. I mean, yes, there's a psychic element of it, because it's a type of clairvoyance that you can actually learn and train. So it's not just a skill that I happen to have, but actually an ability that all humans have, they just don't realize they operate on it unconsciously. So energy mastery, as we kind of bring this back in, what I wanted to do was give people a connection to their non physical aspects, I wanted to give them a connection to themselves much more distinctly. And I also wanted to just give them an introduction to how to start reading the energy like I do, so that they understand what their body is telling them, they can read body language a little bit better, they can read those kinds of responses. And when they are able to read those responses, that naturally leads them to the other energetic subtext that exists, and that vocabulary naturally builds and gives them just a lot more personal power in the environment gives them a lot more information. And a lot of a, it gives a grander clarity to a bigger picture than what most people conventionally hold.

Annie Earhart:

If you're more adept and fluent at your own energy, and the energy of those around you and energy in the field. What kinds of things are up leveled in your life? Well, for one example, our relationship is up leveled, because we're able to interact with each other on much deeper layers, like your the way you interact with people in your business, the way you interact with your family, the way you interact with yourself, those are all expanded.

Ryan Mintz:

And as you expand that kind of interaction, and you start to read this energy in real time, you get a much bigger picture of the human that you're interacting and communicating with. Because normally you just see words normally you just get your You're so stuck in your own sensations, you're so stuck in your own stories and your own beliefs and your own energy that you have to, in order to do the skills that I'm implying, you have to have done a good deal of that self awareness work, which is part of what we brought everybody through in the first part of the master key to be able to now understand your own energies really, really well, to the point now Okay, I can understand my own energy, I know what my energy is, and how it's separate from the energy of the people around me, I can feel the difference. Because if you can't feel something you can't interact with, it doesn't matter how intellectually you understand it, if you cannot feel it, if you cannot feel it in your body, and you cannot have a feeling of for it, you're never going to be able to interact with it, you're never going to be able to use it in a practical sense. So what I wanted to teach people was how do you feel it? How do you begin to feel it? How do you feel yourself. And once you can feel yourself, you can feel yourself as separate from the people that you are connected to notice the words that I'm choosing to use. Because there's so much misinformation about us being all one that gets it misleads you and doesn't let you actually tap into some of these energies that we actually want to tap into and connect to. And so what I wanted to do was teach people how to do those connections. Before I get too far into that, because that happens a little bit later in some of these sessions. Let's start with portal nine.

Annie Earhart:

The portal nine is called intro to the non physical and inside it we are talking a lot about the non physical space and bringing more of our conscious awareness into the non physical space, like the dream space, or what the quantum field around us at all times. But also, we're talking a lot about the language of energy, which is symbology, translating the higher bandwidth language, our higher aspects of self and our guides, whatever you want to call it, speak to us in

Ryan Mintz:

when we say the non physical, I use the non physical as a interchangeably with the dream space. So most people don't realize they experience it on physical every single day, every single night when they go to sleep. That non physical space, whether you call it the dream, or you call it the afterlife, they're both the same place, they're both the same thing. So when you die, you go there, when you sleep, you go there. And we go through a process of phase shifting between this physical reality and to pointing into that other realm of reality. And I go really in depth into these things, you can actually see the experiences of this. And what I wanted to help people to understand is first, there's a lot of people who didn't remember their dreams, and I needed to build the arsenal of awareness, such that they could at least begin to remember their dreams because you can't bring your consciousness into the dream space if you're not even remembering the dreams to begin with. So part of this game isn't to teach people how to have a lucid dream it is but what I really wanted to do was teach people how to transition into the dream space with more of their waking consciousness progressively. So with this particular portal, I introduced techniques that are not meant to like they're not waking just lucid dreaming. They're not finger induced lucid dreaming. They're not lucid dreaming techniques. What they are designed to do is teach your subconscious to Trigger awakening events within your dreams on a continual basis. So the idea is that every dream that you have, you wake up progressively more and more. And initially, you might not have your first fully awakened aware experience in your dreams within the first couple of exercises, but within a couple of weeks, you start to wake up. And then you start to wake up more and more in your dreams. And once you can wake up in your dreams, there's exercises that I give you, that allow you to, to enhance your ability to stay in that lucid place, what people don't realize, and this is a really good example, when you wake up in the morning, your consciousness is different than a few hours from them. So maybe when you wake up in the morning are a little bit groggy, and that's one version of your waking consciousness. Maybe you have a coffee, and that wakes you up a little bit differently and your level of consciousness and embodiment changes when you have that. And then maybe in the mid afternoon, you have a different level of consciousness, maybe you get sleepy in the afternoon, or maybe you're fully awake and alert in the afternoon. But what I want to point out here is that during the day, your conscious focus in this physical reality fluctuates. And the same thing happens in the non physical in the dream space. So most of the time when people dream, they have that grogginess. They're stuck at the level of consciousness that they're used to having when they first wake up in the morning. So they're groggy, they're don't really have their waking memories. They're not aware that they're in the dream. And I wanted to progressively teach people how to bring more of that waking consciousness into the dream space, the same way that they can bring more of their waking consciousness into their waking reality. And it happens in a similar way. So the more that you wake up, the more you recognize that you're dreaming, the more you have your physical reality, memories and knowledge and understanding of your reality, the more you realize the space that you're in, and that gives you more and more control of the activities that you can do in the non physical, it begins to open you up to areas where you can learn, it opens you up to lessons that your soul is trying to teach you. And all of these events that occur in your dream space are meant to communicate with you symbolically. And that's one of the things that people miss is they don't understand the language of symbology. They, they have a dream, and they take it literally, they take it way too literally. And most of the events in a dream. Even if it's a cataclysm and the world's ending, or you have a car that's driving out of control, they take the elements in those dreams far too, literally. And what I needed to teach people was how to speak the language of symbol, how how do those symbols? How do those interactions in your dream represent aspects of you? What are they teaching you, and and we built this very large vocabulary of symbology. So people could start to see the connections between how their consciousness translates their dream, and how that relates to their physical waking experience. What most people don't realize is that our dream space is an exploration of probabilities most of the time, and there's a lot that we can really learn in the dream space. But the way that people think they're going to learn is they're going to have some angelic guides, meet them while they're in a dream. And they're going to give them this knowledge and in the form of a book, and they can just wake up and teach whatever was was in that book they were given. And while that might happen, the more likelihood is that you're taught through symbol, you're taught by people who show up in your dream. And those people are people you probably recognize, because that's the format and the face that your consciousness gave them as that energy was translated through your system. So stepping back one second, if I was to have a dream, and that dream is the same as the one Anastasia is having, the way our consciousness translates that dream will be different. So even if the energy that we're both experiencing is effectively the same energy of the dream, the way our consciousness translates it is going to create a different physical result. So for example, if the dream has rows of lights, and my consciousness may translate rows of lights into car headlights and rows, Anastasia's consciousness may translate those rows of lights into lamps that are set up. But at the end of the day, we want to look deeper into the symbolic meaning of what those lights are illuminating and what they're shining on. And what we feel as a result of looking at some of these things, and what those interactions mean in terms of, there's too many details to really get into to really teach you much that you can use here. But the idea is that these things are symbolic and you can learn the language of symbology of your dreams, you can bring more of your consciousness into your dreams, and you can then begin to interact with the different levels of reality that you exist on.

Annie Earhart:

So our consciousness talks to us through symbology and we are going into the string space to see what our subconscious is actually saying to us and able to actually bring back wisdom and act on that wisdom in our waking life. And we had so much success with this inside of the group that went through the master key people we're not only remembering their dreams, if they've maybe remembered to dreams our whole entire life. People are able to To see the narratives that are symbolically happening in their own lives, and actually being able to interact with that. And that's, that's pretty amazing.

Ryan Mintz:

It's amazing how really how quickly it happened very fast, very fast. You know, people started remembering their dreams really, really quickly because of the techniques that I taught to remember how to remember them, and how to train yourself to remember more of them, and how to then because these are kind of separate elements, if you can't remember them, we can't bring more of your consciousness in. So first, we have to start remembering your dreams, then we have to train yourself to wake up in the dream space. And you don't need to wake up in the dream space to learn from the dream. So even if you're not having fully waking dreams, yet, there's so much and every single dream that you can be learning from and once you see it, it's your your mind is blown, because what ends up happening is you see these dreams and they get translated in the keyholders group, I'm gonna be doing some of these translations in the next launch. So I'll be available to do that for people. And once you start to see these translations, and you see, not just that they're cool translations, but that their literal connections to your the things that you're dealing with in your waking life. And when you start to see that you're like, Oh, I'm being taught how to navigate this, oh, I'm being taught how to walk through this, I'm being given really important lessons on how to navigate this. And if I had actually been aware of my dreams, and using my dreams, to the advantage that I could get from them, I could really accelerate my life in a really powerful way things could change in a really dramatic way. And I think this session, especially especially if people do the work, because like I said, it's an exercise, you have to have the discipline to keep recording your dreams, the way that I teach, you have to repeat the alarms and things that I have you set up because if you don't do that work, you're not going to program your subconscious. And that's a big part of it. The other part is learning the symbol. Now you can do none of that work and not program any of it and at least remember some of your dreams and get the benefit of being able to translate this stuff. And the next level of it gets a little bit more fascinating. Because once you can wake up in the dream, and you've been translating all this information, you can wake up further in the dream. So there's different levels of awareness in your dream the same way that there are different levels of awareness here, but they go significantly further in the dream space than they do in your waking reality. So your mind can work differently. You can explore other types of reality fields from your dream, you can explore other probable fields where you connect with other aspects of yourself, you can explore other memories, your consciousness may explore probable fields that you don't want, so that you can have that exploration in the non physical so that you don't need to have that physical exploration itself and can avoid the whole thing. And learning that and learning how to navigate it. Learning how to translate it can make you much more powerful in your waking reality, because then you know why things are happening. You know, what you're exploring, you know, what you're learning, you know, what those things are asking you to think about in your day to day life. And it gives you a tremendous amount of information.

Annie Earhart:

I think everybody felt very empowered in their own innate wisdom and ability to translate their own mind their own consciousness through this stuff.

Ryan Mintz:

And I'll mention this too, just the so many people think they're going to get information from their guides, through their dreams, or through some of these meditations. And they don't realize that their guides are talking to them all the time, in their dreams and in their physical reality, and not via words, they sometimes understand synchronicity is and those kinds of things in our waking reality, but they don't realize that their dreams are going to speak in those same kind of symbols, and that their guides and their higher aspects are co creating those experiences with them. Even though it's not a guide that sits down at a table and teaches you a lesson, your guide speaking symbol because symbol contains a lot more information. So remember, these higher aspects of working in these other realms of reality or dimensions of reality, there's a lot more information there significantly more information there and your consciousness operates differently as it processes that information. So even in the dream state, especially the lower level dream states, your consciousness is still very similar to what it is on Earth. So your bandwidth and ability to translate these really high concepts is is challenging. So to illustrate them in a book, in a dream is not the most effective teaching method, you need to be taught through symbol because the symbol holds a lot more of that information condensed in in kind of like a transfer packet. And

Annie Earhart:

not only that, but one of the very first things you said in this episode is you have to feel it. It can't just be cognitive information. In order for you to interact with it in order you have to feel it. And that is why we are taught and bottle symbolically through the dreams. Because if your guide sat you down on a dream table in your dream and opened a book and taught you these lessons, that is just information that's not transformation. That's not

Ryan Mintz:

feeling exactly and that's why in the next session, we talk about some of that those energy mechanics and just even one more layer here that with the dream before I get into those tangible energy mechanics, we, when you get skillful at remembering your dreams, and you recognize that the phase shift that happens, you recognize the transition into the dream space, and you can start to see those transitions. So you have a physical experience of that transition, that gives you a tangible experience of death as well. And when you have that tangible experience of death, every single night, and you recognize the feeling of it, and you recognize where you go, and you know where you are, and you can begin to wake up in those other realms, it completely disarmed your fear of death, that completely disarms that fear of those other realities, so that you can live very differently in this reality without those fears, because you know, you're connected to it, you know, that your consciousness will explore all those probable fields, all those potential deaths, and has explored them and will explore them and is and is exploring them in real time in parallel probabilities. And that gives you a level of trust that that these things will be fulfilled and are being fulfilled. And it allows you to then explore your current reality in a much more empowered way. Because so many people are afraid of death, even if they're not consciously afraid of death, their fear of death creates a fear of pain, that fear of pain prevents them from exploring a lot of things in their life that they would have otherwise explored. So just finding their beliefs around pain, finding their beliefs around dreams, because a lot of people are, have become afraid of their dreams in the dream space, in general. And in so just rewriting those so that people can start to experience their non physical aspects and not be afraid of them and close out all of that data that they could otherwise be tapping into.

Annie Earhart:

So let's move on to portal number 10, which is the tangible energy mechanics. And this one is where we redefine energetic sensations that we may have felt before but discounted as Oh, just the thing or Oh, that's nothing. How to Move energy and where to ground energy in the body. And you went into the the energetic density and energetic relative density. So can you talk about that.

Ryan Mintz:

So a lot of the energy mechanics that I taught in this program were kind of taught in layers, because I had to teach certain sensations first and certain pathways so that they had a certain level of vocabulary before we got to like the body mapping and the tactile imaging and some of these larger concepts for how energy moves and the more intricate pathways that energy follows. So I had to build this progressively. So when I was looking at this program, I was like, Well, I don't want to just teach people cool stuff about energy, I don't want to teach people about energy, I want to teach people how to feel energy, I want to teach people how to manipulate energy, I want to teach people how energy forms their body in a way that they can actually manipulate. So one of the things that I taught early on in this session, this session was this idea of energy densities. So we have different pathways in the body. And I taught a very simple pathway in this first session, just to just to introduce people to a certain type of concept. So they can feel the energy moving, they can learn how to anchor their energy, they also learn something very important about their mind. And most people think that their mind that they think of their mind in their brain is the same thing in their mind in the brain are not the same thing. their brain is a storage device for their mind. And when you realize that you realize that your mind actually exists both inside your body all over your body, but also outside of your body and in other regions of space. And it is flexible and fluid and it can move in and the mind is kind of like a fluid. And when we came into body, we descended the mind into the body. So being embodied really means descending your mind into more of your body, getting more of your mind into your body. And then learning how to move your mind through your body is how we are introduced to the beginning stages of moving energy through the body. Because wherever your attention goes, the energy flows. And that is the easiest way to start to show people. One that their mind is much more flexible than they thought. And to that where their mind goes they begin to feel a sensation. And I simply wanted to one Teach them how do you get your mind into different areas of your body? How do you notice when it's difficult to get your mind into certain areas of your body? And how do you notice the different sensations I just wanted them to notice different sensations here. And and as simple as if I was to put my mind in the palm of my hand or into my fingertips, you will notice a tingling or a pressure sensation that starts to build in your hands. And that pressure sensation is the direction of lymphatic flow, the direction of blood flow, that is that is directed by the underlying energetic flow that is told where to go by where your mind is, is focused at that period of time. So we learned how to focus our mind in some of our extremities we'll learn how to divide our focus so you can hold the focus in multiple places and we start to learn how to feel the sensations and then once they start to feel the sensations we talked about, okay? these are these are neurological signals, so your nerves in order to get more sensitive need training in that kind of sensitivity. So if you haven't trained energy sensitivity, your level of sensitivity is going to be relatively low. So there were exercises that we needed to develop to develop the energetic sensitivity and neurological pathways for a body to translate that energy. And so we had different exercises that we needed to do to build that neurological signal. One of the problems that happens with a lot of people is because they have so much anxiety, because they don't know how to anchor themselves deeper in their body, because they don't know how to read their energy, their energy is very chaotic and noisy. And because their energy is very chaotic and noisy, their energy isn't still unsettled, their system itself has a lot of noise in their noise floor is too high. So if you think about trying to read a signal, if you think if you think of your body as having signals, and also having noise, those signals get buried in that noise. And most people have so much noise that they can't see those underlying signals. So the goal was to help teach them how to first feel the surface level stuff, because we can't get to the surface of those sensations, we're not going to get a lot deeper. And we do need eventually to get a lot deeper. So we had to lower that noise floor, or at least understand what the noise floor shows up. So we can begin to navigate that in the later sessions. And then we can learn how our beliefs create some of that noise. And we can connect some of these dots from the earlier sessions and redefine how those things interact. And by the way,

Annie Earhart:

this stuff is for any level of practitioner, whether someone has been practicing any kind of energy work for years, or someone is brand new to this, this is different, you will not have come across this before it is you can develop your energetic sensitivity to the next, the next the next the next degree and fine tune it and fine tune it and you just get so much more powerful.

Ryan Mintz:

So this is very different from Jeevan. It's very different from like DNA activations or some of the ashes work. This is not a visualization practice. And I teach that a little bit later. We don't use visualization, there's visualization, one of the biggest problems with it is people don't actually understand what it is, it's very easy for you to use your internal vision to create delusions for yourself. So part of what I wanted to help people with isn't just another tool for creating delusion, but another tool for them to control their attention and understand their energy as it really is. And once you can understand that then you can start to build visualization skill and your visualization muscles. And you can use that for other areas. But if you're using visualization initially, and you're using feeling initially as your translation mechanism, as opposed to listening, those feeling and sight mechanisms are it's possible to fool yourself. And I wanted to remove that barrier initially, especially early on because people are familiar with visualization. And they assume that Oh, I'm not very good at visualizing, because I can't see anything in my mind's eye. And that's not visualization that's clairvoyance, and those are two different elements that we discuss is that you don't need to actually have clairvoyance. In order to visualize. You don't need to have clairvoyance in order to have this type of energy sensitivity. And you can build the skill of clairvoyance through some of these practices. But they are not mutually exclusive that you your clairvoyance can be built, it can help you see with your mind's eye. But that is not useful to read energy. It's an or it's not necessary to read energy. It's not necessary to accomplish the tasks that that I wanted to teach people to accomplish. Because some people have that skill. Some people don't, some people have an ability to see projected images inside their head. But most people when they visualize it's a felt sense, it's an it's an internal vision. So you're not actually seeing like a projector screen inside your eyes, what's actually happening when you see a projector screen inside your eyes, like if you close your eyes, part of what happens as you transition into the dream space or you get deeper into the theta, there's a veil that you cross over. And as you're crossing through that veil, like if you've had a really deep meditation, you begin to have lights that start to show up and orbs that start to rotate and, and and lights that start to collect in the in your vision when your eyes are closed. And those are actually astral bleed through that's partially that's a partial astral projection basically, is what's starting to happen. And as that imagery collects, if you can hold your focus long enough allowing those things to coalesce by maintaining not by being intentional, because that gets in the way, eventually what ends up happening is that will form an image in your head. And you can actually transition through that image into the dream space without actually losing consciousness. But that is extremely, extremely hard to do. Really, really hard to do.

Annie Earhart:

Holding that focus is challenging, and that's probably the number one challenge everyone has had is just because as a society we are there's like a war On our attention going on with just getting bombarded with information left and right advertisements this thing, this story, and maintaining your focus and holding that in one place becomes very challenging. And upgrading the quality of your focus is one of the best things you can do to upgrade your life all around.

Ryan Mintz:

Let's repeat that, again, upgrading your attention and the quality of your attention. And your focus is one of the best things you can possibly do. Because most people have very poor quality attention. And that was a big part of what I needed to teach people in this program as we need to we if I'm really going to teach people energy mastery, not just energy tricks, I don't want to teach people hacks, I don't want to teach people tricks, I wanted to actually introduce people to how these energies work, which means there's cultivation involved, which means you need to build the skill of energy sensitivity. And so when we're training these neurological systems in our body, we have to learn how to focus, we will recognize that there is so much movement in our body at all times, there's so much movement of our mind, even if you can still your mind on a point of focus, whether it's on your hand or your dantian, or any of these different areas and you're able to focus your mind, you will recognize the amount of activity that your mind has, even when you're trying to hold it still, it is a fluid and it is an active fluid that is constantly moving around and vibrating and trying to bounce around to other areas and learning how to regulate your mind and still your mind and maintain a still focus on something is very, very challenging. And it takes a lot of cultivation and skill to develop that. And so we're developing these things in layers. Throughout this program. As we start to learn about these energy pathways, we talked about clipping passes, which are kind of the areas of blockage that happen, and what those areas of blockage can mean. So you learn how to find the blockages on this basic pathway. Because if I gave them the whole pathway in the first session, it just would have been too much that that that's a four and a half hour session that I do later on in the program when we actually run through the different energy circuits and activating them in the entire body, and all the different secondary and tertiary energy centers. But I'll get to that in a second. So with these energy sensitivity exercises, I wanted to teach people how density materializes in the body. And our energies have different densities or certain energies that we want to have thickened. So that they can manipulate our physiology in the way that we want. So a lot of people have a very light Chi or a light energy. And there's different types of ci there's different types of energy that work in different pathways. And we had to be introduced to those as well. But we wanted to be able to thicken certain energies and and know how to think in certain energies so that we can understand how those manipulate our physiology so that the energy can be what directs our movements and our productions of force as opposed to the muscular activations being disconnected from the energy mechanics that run internally. And we then learn this densification process. And what I learned what I teach people through this process is how to find areas of density, and how to using different techniques, open that field of tension or open that deed densify it to some extent. And it's extraordinary how effective that is at reducing pain and opening the body at allowing freedom of movement just by learning how to find those things in the body and how to densify them, which was kind of an aside thing that I wanted to teach in the program for something I wanted to teach much later. But it ended up being a really powerful thing for people to learn how to do that. Because for me in gymnastics, and in mobility work, and in the things that I've done in my past, everything I cultivated, even through like functional patterns was tension based, it wasn't released based. And when you create tension in your body, that way you are you're creating a lot of compression and density in the body. And that doesn't allow the fluid of the mind and the fluid of the energy in the body to move organically and produce as much force as it possibly could. So when you learn how to release that allows all of these little is tissues and mechanisms to actually re align to hold the force that you're trying to produce internally, as opposed to trying to hold it externally. And it teaches you a whole new mechanic of how you can move it teaches you a whole new mechanic of what your body sensations are, and where strength can be found inside the body. And it becomes a really cool process in that sense.

Annie Earhart:

I remember one of the students that has gone through, shared a story about this and usually every morning she wakes up and her body is so locked up and so tight that she'll do like 45 minutes to an hour of stretching to just be able to comfortably function. But she was able to take this densification process and these techniques that you you're teaching in this course and she's able to D densify. All of those areas of tightness and be on her way in a much, much shorter span of time and it's it's maintained a lot easier. So let's look at portal 11. This is the portal where you talk about the inner senses. And the whole thing here is we're so used to getting visual data from our physical eyes, we're used to getting smell data from our physical nose and auditory data from our physical ears. And here we are going into the inner sense perception, we're going into higher sensory perception and even sense blending in this was fascinating. I

Ryan Mintz:

really enjoyed this session, because the first time I went through this stuff, it it, it gives you such a tangible connection to your reality, it gives you such a tangible connection to that tree, it gives you such a tangible connection to how your inner senses really work, because it literally demonstrates them to you, in a really practical sense, not just because it's a cool new technique, but it's like, look at all these areas where you already did it, and you didn't even realize you were doing that. And when you do something that you don't realize that you're doing it, you cannot improve the skill, you cannot enhance the skill. So now that you know that you're doing it, you can begin to actually use those skills to your advantage. So learning how to touch with your eyes, learning how to smell with your hands, learning how to see with your hands, learning how to see with your inner vision, learning how to hear smell with your ears, learning how to smell with your eyes, all of these things are very, very possible when you understand how these things overlap. And it's not just an understanding, it's a it's an incremental process that I take people through with exercises. So we learn these exercises, and we learn how to feel those things in our body. And we learn where our vision occurs inside our head, because our eyes are just cameras. And so we have to learn where that energy, what vision feels like energetically inside of our head. So that you can start to see how that registers in your head and how these energies move and how they communicate his energy so that you can start to see how they overlap in a really cool way.

Annie Earhart:

And by the way, that was not a metaphor, you can literally feel where images register inside of your brain, it is wild, it is wild, I think everyone really enjoyed this session, because you can either like discovering your senses for the first time or rediscovering them after not using them for this lifetime. It's

Ryan Mintz:

it was wild, and your ability from these skills to connect with each other to connect with nature, to touch these things in your reality through your connection to them. This enhances your connection to your reality, just extraordinarily this session is is a really empowering session. It's it's one of those things that seems a little bit distant from from what you ordinarily experience. But when you start to explore these concepts in a way that is that I teach it in the program, you start doing it automatically in all these other areas of your life. So I teach something stationary, but you will not be able to help but do these things everywhere else, you go after this because it just is going to start to happen. So you notice your connection to these the trees as you pass by you feel them. And you can begin to communicate with these other objects in your reality in a very different way. Like I said, when you can start to feel things you can interact with it. When you begin to connect with the trees, when you begin to connect with the trout, the clouds, you can start to manipulate the wind, you can start to change the weather, you can erase clouds, you can pull wind in, you can interact with the trees in a really cool way when you start to feel your connection to these things. So it was really important to start to teach people how connected they are to their reality. The next part was aspect integration. So something that I taught in this particular session was was embodiment of your higher aspects. And so there was a vision exercise that I did that actually begins what really happens is your vision weaves in a certain way that allows your third eye to open. And when that opens, it creates a mirror projection overlaid on your body so that you can learn how to see auras. You can learn how to see all these different skills. And that also then begins to connect you on the vertical level where you can bring in your other aspects of self and you start to literally see faces projected on your own face as this energy comes in. It's the wildest thing

Annie Earhart:

actually, the first time I did this, that is exactly what happened in this exercise. And I was starting to see my face morph and it freaked me out like crazy. I had to get up and just walk around the room and just shake it off for a moment because I it was so tangible, but then the second time I approached it I was able to interact with that aspect, or those aspects of me coming in to be seen by me and it was A, I'll call it wisdom, it was on a level of if you've ever done like, inner child work of any kind, and you've done an inner child meditation, where you you go, and you actually interact with that aspect of yourself, it's not quite like that. But it is it's tapping into that kind of stuff, but in a very, very powerful way in a much more tangible, powerful way.

Ryan Mintz:

So most people don't realize when they do inner child work, they're connecting with the probable aspect of themselves. So that child self that they connect with exists. Currently, it is a living aspect of them that is, in that time that they existed as a child, it's a location on this tapestry of time, so to speak. So when somebody connects with their childhood self, they're connecting with a probable self. And they are changing their past from their present moment by giving that probable self another field of probability to walk through. So we're that child self walked through its probability in a disempowering way, it learned something about money, it learned something about love when it was that time and you're trying to reprogram it, well, it learns something about money and love and went down a certain pathway of probability. So when we go back to those moments of inner child work, or any aspect of us anytime something happened, and we rewrite that we're opening up a new field of probability for that self to go that we are connected to, which is why it brings that kind of healing. And the same thing happens with this aspect work, we have a lot more aspects than just our child self. So everybody doing inner child work is only doing one of 1000 components of this aspect, integration is probable field, because all of our other aspects of self, whether there are other aspects of Ryan, that are exploring other versions of this life, or there are other versions of me and other timelines that are also exploring fulfillment, I'm connected to all of those, and we're all learning different lessons that co create among all of the different aspects. So everything that I'm learning is affecting my other aspects, everything they're learning is affecting me and it becomes exponential subconsciously. But it's better when it's exponential consciously as these things start to interact. So learning how to connect to this learning how to bring these other aspects in. Now, when we're doing this exercise, you're not having a conversation with them, they bring energy in. And once that energy is transmitted through your nervous system, it's translated through your translation system. That's when you start to really embody these other aspects of your personality, because these other aspects come in, and they give you more personality, more personhood, more knowledge, more experience to tap into. And you can bring these things in and you feel in a very visceral way, it creates an energy in your body that's unlike anything that you can feel, it's not a lot of energy, it's a unique energy, when this that these things happen. And it's very easy to do, it's not one of my harder exercises, some of the exercises are more challenging than others, most of them, I would say 99% of what I taught, they've taught them progressively in such a way that every single person who does them will be successful. And this one, you will absolutely be successful as well, just because it happens fairly quickly. So it's not like you need to sit there for hours on end to hope you get these effects, these effects that I teach are a relatively immediate, the hard part is maintaining the type of attention type of focus just because of the way that you know, even just blinking and those kinds of things can cause a an interrupt, so you learn how to hold it longer. But it's not that it's difficult or or advanced in that sense. It's just a different sort of way of doing an exercise that you may not have done before. So it might take a little bit of practice that way to like really open these things up. But it opens up really quickly. If you spend literally three minutes doing it two minutes doing it. So they're really cool exercises that we did in real time as a group and these sessions so that you really get these experiences and can question them and ask what comes up because everybody had unique experiences as they went through this.

Annie Earhart:

So moving on both portal 12 and 13 are about this deep reprogramming, and some belief origins about parents money and success. So we're we're going back to the the childhood programming, but now we're approaching it with some of this energetic practice, and some of this, these energetic concepts that we've already gone through. So going back to some of this belief work, looking at the implications of what we were rewarded versus punished for as children. And we go through a verbal, emotional energetic exercise to trigger ourselves to find out our fears as

Ryan Mintz:

well. And this is so this is the place in the program where we teach people tangibly that they want the things they think they don't want, where they want the things they're afraid of. And this was a really cool program. So we call it deep reprogramming, but it's very, very different from any of the other sessions that I had done up until this point. So there's a there's a technique that I did at the beginning with everybody and walk them through and just the method of bringing people through it. So this is a session that people are going to have to listen to five or six times because it's just it's just packed with Not even reframes. But the way that I present it is meant to automatically change people's physiology and their beliefs without them having to actually know it. So one of the things that happens in this program, when you start to see all of your beliefs, you think you have to know what the change your beliefs to. And what I wanted to demonstrate for people is that some of these disempowering beliefs, you just have to recognize that they're not the only truth, you just have to recognize you don't have to operate on them, you don't have to change them to something else. So we spent a lot of this program from all the information that people submitted, and we broke down where people's programs and beliefs came from. So when they had these types of childhood experiences, it was consistent. So we had a bunch of people go through this. And what you will find, as you listen to the session is that you'll see yourself and everybody, everybody has the same programming from childhood, everybody reacted to it the same way, that same childhood experience lead to the same experiences later in their life. And so when we break that down, which is really, really empowering to begin with, because it really changes how you interact with these things. It also was a way of teaching people how to open up fields of probability. So we're teaching people how to dismantle your fears. So if you have a fear, what is what is a technique that you can use to literally instantly dismantle these fears, and it's not about overcoming the fear. So there are techniques that I taught to help them one recognize what they're afraid of and to to completely dismantle it very, very quickly. So it allows you to really get over any fears that you have very, very quickly, while also reframing all these underlying subconscious programs that you adopted in childhood. So we literally just have like two plus hours straight of these things being brought to the surface and just changing and just changing and just changing.

Annie Earhart:

So I think at the end of the one of these, when we when you just ran through all of these one by one by one by one, there was not a dry eye in the house, we were all bawling, because the I think everybody shed probably 1200 pounds of energetic shame and obligation and all of this stuff that by the end of this session, we're just light feeling light

Ryan Mintz:

people very much like this session and and I hope that people will keep going back to re listen to this one. All of them have been really good for belief reframes and teaching them about their beliefs. But this session especially was really, really good for that, because it gives them a whole new vocabulary for how they read their beliefs, how they change their beliefs, how they understand their fears, how they change their fears, how to understand their own internal reactions, how do you learn to answer these types of like questions for yourself? How do you get information for yourself? How do you change your perception without knowing what to change it to? All of these were really, really useful and empowering from this particular session. And we also talked about how to open up fields of probability. One of the things that happens with New Age teachers a lot of times is they have people meditate, they have people kind of focus upon the things that they want. And, and that's good, it's important, it is kind of part of the game. But what I wanted to do was teach people how to open up fields of probability, and then get out of the way. Because if you want to really live by your intuition, if you want to be led through your life by your heart, if you want to live organically, if you want to live the way that I live my life, which is a pretty free life, in that sense, where I have a lot of freedom in my time, I'm able to make money helping people. And I'm able to then explore the things that I want to explore, do my own energy practices during the day have my time to have the freedom to explore the things that I want to explore. So many of these coaches are trying to teach people how to launch, launch, launch and make money all the time and work all the time. And I don't want to work all the time, I want to have freedom to explore this reality and do other things that I want to do. So I wanted to set up my life in such a way that I could live the life that I wanted to live here. And in order to do that, I had to set up fields of probability and open up fields of probability that I had to learn how to trust so going back to when we moved from North Carolina to Florida was a really big example. And this was before we taught this version of the master key, but it was a practice in the things that I teach. We moved out of North Carolina without having a place to live in Florida yet. We knew knew we were going to move to Florida. But we didn't have a place yet we didn't have a place to stay. We were basically homeless for a month. We knew however, we decided or we chose upfront that we were going to find this place we had written out the criteria that we wanted, we we determined all those things. And then we chose to trust that those things would show up we we we asked the right types of questions and then let the universe bring the answers to us rather than us trying to come up with the answers from what we already know. And you cannot be visionary from what you already know you cannot get your best possible solution, your most empowering solution your most vivid learning experiences from what you already know. And that means you have to learn how to get out of your own way so that the universe can create visionary experiences through you it can create larger than life experiences that you're asking for without Are you getting in the way. And that's a skill to learn, you have to learn how to read those signals. And you have to learn how to navigate your, your conflicting beliefs as this stuff comes up. And this is something that we talk about later on in these sessions is how and I'll skip to that real quick, because I think that's a good thing to bounce around to for a second is on portal 16, I had to teach people how to actually live once they learn this stuff. Because what ends up happening is it opens up your reality to such a large extent, it gives you so much more information that you have to really learn how do I navigate my reality? Now? How do I live? What what signals do I listen to? What signals do I ignore? How do these things co create? So how do I understand what my dreams are teaching me? And how these energies in my life are interacting? And how do I open these fields of probability so that my desires can be created in the way that I want? How do I navigate knowing all the stuff that I now know, knowing all these energetic mechanics? How do I? How do I have conversations with people who don't know this stuff? How do I interact with my life in an empowered way? How do I take all of these things I learned and integrate them so that I can actually be human again, instead of just kind of living in La La Land in my imagination, because all of the things in the program were meant to help people live a more human life, to live a life that they actually want to live in an empowered life where they have awareness, where they can see through the veil and through the illusions and have this energetic understanding. So this last portal 16, was meant to teach them, how do you take all of these things that we've learned in the previous sessions. So portal 14 was the psychological body map, that was the session where we broke down all of the different regions of the body, where all the reflex psychological reflex zones were, where all the different psychological, emotional signals occur in the body and what organs they associate with how they show up physically. So you know, if you have knee problems, what they mean psychologically, what they mean, physically, what organs that they're attached to, what color puncture treatments that you would do on those different areas to get these energies to move, what other energy techniques that we learned in the earlier sessions can you do to start to open and densify these areas and get your lymphatic flows to work your fluid pressure dynamics to work the way that you want, and to really understand yourself and your clients better from the energetic standpoint, because the energy forms density, the density forms in different areas of the body, when that density forms, behind the knees or, or in the middle back, those all mean something specific, they're not just arbitrary, and they don't really have anything to do with how you move, they have a lot more to do with your energy. So learning how to read that is really important.

Annie Earhart:

And remember, our subconscious speaks to us in symbol. So everything has a physiological correspondence. And it is still symbolic. So there's a lot of that woven into this session. And if you do want to learn more about the psychological body map, we actually did a whole episode on it. So we don't need to go into too far into into it. But it is a very empowering session. Like all of them,

Ryan Mintz:

it's a long session. session 14 and 15, were both really, really long sessions, because we tried to teach all of the different layers of these things so that people would never be able to absorb all of that in one session, it might as well be a college level course or a certification course that occurs over the course of two weeks, because there's just so much in that session, but they can watch it, they can use it as a resource. My goal with that particular session was to create a map literally, that people could go through the PDF that I supplied along with the session, they can say, Okay, I'm having this issue, let me look at the map. Let me see what these things are. Let me follow along with the map and see if I can break this stuff down. And I have tons of resources in there so that they can see all the different psychological elements, the elements as far as air and water and, and whatever else. And they can see how their astrological signs correspond, they can see what the psychological elements of those zones mean. So not just finding the zone, but seeing what that psychological zone means. And being able to understand it symbolically. And in terms of almost like a narrative so that when they interact with somebody else they can, they can see that narrative, they can see that psychological atmosphere and actually be able to help them much in a much more tangible and deeper way than bodywork alone.

Annie Earhart:

And this really helps to be able to diagnose your own psychological stuff that's happening in your life. Right now, all the stuff that you're currently experiencing is a challenge or a sticky point, right? So all of this stuff is connected to the psychology of it, the physical aspects of it, the non physical aspects of it, everything is woven through symbolically, and everything literally has a place a spot on your body.

Ryan Mintz:

So let's finish up this chat with portal 15. As we're getting a little bit long already, portal 15. I wanted to take everybody through all the detailed energy pathways, so they've learned the psychological body map. And now we wanted to activate all of the different secondary and tertiary and primary energy centers. So first, we had to learn where those were, and we had to learn a dozen different techniques for how to bring energy into them and get them act. If, and we went step by step through every single one in the body, and it took almost five hours to get through the whole thing, it was a really long session. So I don't recommend doing that all in one setting, you can, if you want, it's not gonna hurt you to do that. But it's a really long session. And there's a lot to learn in that session, because we're talking about undoing hardware tension, we're talking about the qualities of your breath, we have to talk about anchoring the breath, allowing the breath to go where it needs to go, we we talked about how the breath and the mind interact in that sense, and how to how controlling the breath is different from allowing the breath in a certain way, and how that can, how you can use those mechanisms intentionally for for different energetic responses in your body. And we wanted to talk about muscular effort versus d densification. And using the energy to produce force. And then we went through in real time, all of these different techniques on the entire body 202 to show people all of these different energy pathways, and allow people this vocabulary that they can go back and revisit. So if they're going through the energy centers in their knee, or they're going through the energy centers that are along their thigh, as they run through these particular exercises, they can tell if their energy body has damaged, they can tell if their energy body is blocked, or if there's build up somewhere, or if they can't get their mind into certain areas, or they can't, or they have an easier time getting their mind into the right side versus their left side. As we do these exercises. It can tell us if I have problems getting into this particular area, well, this area might have damage if that area has damaged it, where it connects between these two different psychological centers. What are the psychological elements that might be coming to the surface as a result of this damage? And how can we begin to repair the damaged energy body so that this stuff can start to flow through you much more organically. And you then recognize, okay, there's the psychological elements, there's these physical representations of energetic blockage. So so many people think that, oh, I have this, I have this blockage somewhere, and this blockage, this thing that's not allowing this to flow. And there's actually physical correspondences and energetic correspondences that you can actually feel and find in your own body, that will tell you that. So if you're feeling a blockage, you probably do on some level have some kind of blockage. And this exercise or the series of exercises, allows you to explore and find them and repair them and gives you processes for how to do all of that. And it can repair very quickly as well, just by doing some of this, this work. And that can improve vitality, it can improve energy, it can also then begin to build some of the other energy centers, that energy storage centers that allow you to build energy and use it to produce force and to take action in different ways in your life, whether that's martial arts, or that's just your own physical explorations of energy, like through telekinesis, or atmo kinesis or Pyro kinesis, you can take a lot of these different energies and use them. Because there's, there's, you know, one level of use that is improving your vitality, it's improving your health, it's allowing you to live a more vital life a more alive life just by building up these pathways. But the other thing is, there are other things you can do with it, there's other superpowers or cities that you can do to really enhance what your human vehicle is capable of in a really cool way. So I wanted to kind of introduce people to that give them the breadcrumbs of how to start building those storage centers, give them the information on how to activate all these things. So that now they have a psychological body map, they have the energy pathway map, they see how those correspond, they see how their beliefs interact with some of the psychological elements that are happening. So they can see a connection between certain types of belief they have with the psychological zones that they're in with the region of their body, that might explain why they're having certain aches and pains that might explain why they're having certain occurrences in their life. And so now we can go from both directions, we can work on all their beliefs to change the way that the reality shows up. And then we can also work on the energy body where the energy actually flows through. So the beliefs determine what energy shows up, and the energy body determines how it shows up, or the way that it flows through. Is it choppy, as smooth as whatever. And by building that bridge, by connecting these things, you can start to really empower yourself and create a clean pathway for progression in your life for advancement in your life. Whether that's improving your relationships, or it's improving your business or it's making a little bit more money, you start to have this new connection between what your mind is thinking what your body is doing what your reality is showing you and you can rewrite that so it's not just disconnected parts or seemingly disconnected parts. You actually have a tangible connection between all of these things. So that as you go throughout your day as you go throughout your your life and you it becomes a progressive improve meant your business continues to get better, your mind continues to get better, you get more clarity, you get more effective. And all of these things happen as a culmination of what we teach in this program is being able to teach people who they are helping them connect with who they are helping them to know what they believe about the reality and how to change it. Let them understand how that affects the energy flowing through their body so that they can actually feel that and have a tangible interaction with it. Let them understand how their energy is separate from the person that they're interacting with, so that they can translate both signals separately and read and interact with them in a more empowered way. And it starts to really expand your reality because of the connections that you start to feel the sensations that you start to have the information that starts to come through you as a result of opening up these pathways and building these pathways. It just becomes exponentially expansive in everything that you could possibly do.

Annie Earhart:

In this program, the master key ends up being an incredibly valuable resource that you come back to time and time again. And each time you go through it, you're going to discover deeper, deeper, deeper layers of what is being taught here, and what is being cultivated here. And the people that are attracted to this program, everyone that I have encountered in it are these intelligent, fascinating, loving, playful humans that are going to be the leaders of reality that we are all creating currently. And as human consciousness evolves, and I truly believe it is happening, we can see it, people are awakening to all sorts of things and the people that go through the masterkey have a major leg up in this new world that we're creating. quite a program, obviously now in a couple of sessions, we went through all 16 sessions. And there's over 40 hours of training Not to mention just hundreds of dream translations and things that are in the group and other coaching that's in the group, there's so much in there, it's it's not a program that you're going to be able to binge, it's not a program that you're going to be able to run through, it's a program that's going to take you probably four to eight months at a minimum, to run it and to to really go through it at the depth that this program is called to, to really be able to integrate and practice the things that are being taught to you. And if you try to run through it too quickly, you'll just it'll burn you out, it'll be too much you, it's hard to absorb the magnitude of information and the magnitude of transformation that happens if you were to run through it. And if you the transformation will be extraordinary even if you do that. But it's one of those programs that are really recommend a certain type of mindset, when you approach it as is don't go into it thinking you're going to run through it in a month, don't go through it thinking you're just going to buy and take nibbles at it here and there. This is a program that is really, really life changing, and really empowering. And it will take you time to go through it, you don't have to go through the whole thing in order to get that empowerment, but it's gonna take you a long time to really go through the whole program, because of the magnitude of what is taught there is just so much and there's there's so much depth and nuance to it that even if you go through the whole thing over eight months, you could probably go through it three more times. And every single time, you'll see different angles of what I taught, you'll see deeper layers of what I taught, you'll see the connections between the things that I taught. And I really encourage you to come in with that mindset to understand how big this program really is, and, and how much it really will change just your interactions with yourself, your interactions with your partners, your interactions with your career in your life. And, and really kind of when you're getting ready to sign up for it, let that kind of sink in. Because the energetic investment all these things immediately start catalyzing changes, and transformations in an extraordinary way in your life and allow that to build excitement in you and reverence for what this stuff is. and use that to also give you the kind of patience and respect to that you need as you go through it. Because there it's going to be almost like personal waves. So you'll go through it at certain levels, and they'll give you waves of disorientation even but those disoriented waves lead you to greater clarity. And you'll go through certain processes like that as you come more into your own as you realize who you are in a much more tangible way you integrate your other aspects. So your personality expands, your freedom expands, your happiness expands, all these things can happen. And I want that for all of you. And so, and I want to support all of you through that. So when you come into this program, I want you to have that mindset, that awareness and that excitement so that it can be as powerful as it possibly can be for you. And I really looking forward to having you inside this program. I'm looking forward to work with you, I'm planning to do some extra Q and A's and some extra coaching work on the next launch of this program as well. And it's such an extraordinary program.
