Ryan Mintz:

Welcome to the immortal Odyssey podcast where we break esoteric spirituality, false light and predictive programming, and make the process of consciousness expansion tangible. I'm your host, Ryan Mintz,

Annie Earhart:

together with Annie Earhart, and we are here to help you be more human. In today's episode, we break standard money manifestation techniques, and dive deep below the surface into the beliefs you'll want to address. If you're running disempowering programs about money and your relationship to it, we talk about the energetics, the mindsets and the examples from everyday life. Let's get started.

Ryan Mintz:

Okay, so one of the things that I've noticed among a lot of my clients is a certain type of approach to solving problems in their lives, they tend to solve problems through doing and doing embodiment, action is a masculine energy. And the thing with money is, there's a huge amount of feminine energy that is involved with how money exchanges, how money is built. One of the things that I've talked about before was this idea of yin and yang. So you may have seen posts about that. And the thing to go into in terms of yin and yang is this idea that Yin is the container. So most people think that yin and yang are just balances, but the Yang energy, the masculine energy is actually created out of the feminine. And if you do not have a feminine container, there's nowhere for that masculine energy to build and coalesce. So one of the things that happens is when you're your beliefs, when your feelings when your emotions are conflicting, it's like having a bucket that's filled with holes. So that masculine energy cannot actually fill that bucket coalesce and build, you end up just having energy throughput, but that energy drains as quickly as it coalesces within that container. So what I want to talk about today, is helping people understand the elements of their feminine energy, the elements of their masculine energy, and help them shift some of those beliefs help them shift some of their interactions with money interactions with their business interactions with themselves. So that when they go to interact with the things that they enjoy, there's a different kind of different kind of sensation that they experience that actually is additive in their life, instead of just simply an exchange, instead of just simply running out of energy, every time they go to spend money. There's so many nuances in here that I think are really important to get into. And just at the fundamental level understanding that people tend to use masculine energy in place of their feminine energy.

Annie Earhart:

So it's kind of like an effective versus efficient thing going on to people want to be efficient with the doing and make sure they're, they're doing the things efficiently versus being effective by using the energetics of the feminine that you're talking about to zoom out and look at what is actually affecting the outcomes and not just doing the the micro tasks of the external.

Ryan Mintz:

Exactly. So if you look at the the, the effectiveness, if they're, they're following self help, they're looking at all these books that are trying to teach them how to get rich, quick how to manifest how to do these, these affirmations that are going to make them a ton of money tomorrow. And there's this this element of wishful thinking. And there's this program that says, Well, maybe you're not making money because you haven't found your purpose yet. And these distortions are designed to lead people away from the truth about how money works, and how money coalesces and how money builds. And really just how influential your beliefs about yourself, and about the way money works, and about good and evil, and about energy in general, and about your product. And all these different things start to build a map or a template or a stencil through which that enemy energy moves. So under a understanding, when people are so focused on their efficient efficiency, they're focused on the doing, they're saying, Okay, I need this funnel, I need this, this sales method, maybe it's my sales method that isn't working. Maybe it's the way that I'm writing my posts. Maybe it's the way that I'm, I'm, I am showing up and doing the actions of what I've been told. And they don't realize that their beliefs about themselves influence the actions that they're taking. So with the right beliefs, the same action can have significant Frequently different results. And I want to take you guys through some of that stuff today.

Annie Earhart:

And then the other piece of that it's, I think the other misconception there is that it's like one, change your money and belief about money, and it will start pouring in. In all these various ways, it'll start just popping up in your world. But it's not just one belief, it's not one slider, it is a combination of different sliders, beliefs about yourself, in relationship to money, beliefs about who you think you are in all these different scenarios. So it's not just one money slider, empowered to disempowered. It's more like this collection that is influencing itself, like all these things.

Ryan Mintz:

And I use this really good character creation analogy in the master key to illustrate different types of sliders that exists. I don't know what I was talking about money when I was doing that, but, but in general, with money, most people think, Oh, it's just one slider right now I'm in poverty mindset or lack mindset. And if I just change my mindset to abundance, I'm going to make a ton of money. Well, I'm not making any money. So I must be in lac somewhere. And it's so much more nuanced than that. Yes, on some level, each individual decision that you're making could be summarized in abundant versus lack mindset when you go to make that decision, but that, that there's something below that that's influencing why you're making the decisions in that way. And you have guilt that is involved, you have childhood conditioning that is involved, you have programming about what it means to spend money, you have programming about what it means to receive money, what it means to have a lot of money, you might believe that rich people are evil, or they get greedy. And so then you have beliefs about greed that get in your way, you have beliefs about rich people that get in your way. And so we start to build this map that changes not just this top slider of lack versus abundance, but you have these sub, these sub sliders that are influencing the larger slider of lack versus abundance. And if you keep looking at that top level, you're going to keep trying, you're going to keep fighting the same battle without actually making any progress. So it's really important to start to dig to the deeper levels about what influences the the different layers of this slider. And that has to do with beliefs about yourself. And that belief, those beliefs about yourself could be what it means what people think about you, when you sell what people think about you, when you have money, what people think about you when you don't have money. All of these things are stories that you tell yourself that influence the actions that you're going to take when you go to, to do any kind of service, to spend money on a program, all of these things start to coalesce and come to the surface. One of the big programs that I see a lot of times that people say is, we can't afford that right now. And when you say you can't afford that right now, you are reaffirming the belief that your ability to afford that right now is based on some is based on a distorted type of criteria. Because what happens is, is that shifts your your focus and your priorities into a certain lens that causes you to ignore all of the possibilities of how you might be able to afford that. Now, if something if you know you have $500 in the bank, and you're trying to afford a $200,000 car, and you're saying I can't afford that right now, to some extent you your beliefs, in how things can show up and how things can orchestrate are going to have a lot of conflict in them. Because what you really believe is that you you want that car tomorrow, and you're not going to make 200 grand tomorrow. And you then in you, you compress your perception of time such that you end up getting in your own way. It doesn't mean you can't make$200,000 but you establishing this your your consciousness that deals with these ratios is operating outside of time. And if you are constantly saying I can't afford that, and the gap is too big from what I can afford, you're trying to afford it yesterday when your soul is like just afford it. Just allow yourself to be open to it and stop needing it to be there yesterday and allow it to show up whenever it is organic allow the building blocks to show up that will allow that to materialize in the best possible way. And so what happens a lot of times we open this field of probability by saying how can I How can I afford the master key? How can I afford this house? How can I afford this car and you then use your rational mind to come up with solutions based on what you already know. And if you're coming up with solutions based on what you already know, you can only operate from your current level of financial interaction. So your current mindset about how much money that you make. And the language that you use now clearly does not work, which means you're not going to be able to think of the ideas or think of the solutions with the information that you already have. And you're never going to be able to solve that problem. So the only way to step to that next level is to step into your your visionary state of being. And to step into that visionary state of being, you have to stop trying to solve the problem, you have to basically open that field of probability by saying, How can I make this happen. And then you have to trust that there is a field of probability that will align with that, that will allow the the right criteria, the right events, the right scenarios to come into place in the right times, to allow those things to materialize in the perfect way. But every time you try to figure out what you need to do every time you try to figure out what masculine energy you need to embody to make that happen, you're operating from a constraint based on where you currently are not on where you want to be. And that sets you on the absolutely wrong trajectory.

Annie Earhart:

Yeah, it's it's the consciousness that is fixated on the problem versus the solution oriented consciousness, like the version of you that the coalescence of all of the things that you experienced and no currently is, you're almost like operating like on your egoic experience, right, versus your soul that knows more, sees more trusts more.

Ryan Mintz:

So one of the things that I see a lot of times in potential clients is people have this desire for money. And they don't they, they don't examine the deeper levels of why they want that money. And I could, of course, say, Well, okay, why do you want that money, they're like, well, I want to buy a house, I want to buy a car, I want to be able to support my family more easily. I want to be able to travel and time freedom, and just freedom in general, what they perceive money brings them freedom, but that's never what I'm going for. Right? Because I realized there's a deeper layer here that anytime somebody wants money, they fundamentally believe that they will feel better once they have money back at feeling better. And and this is a really pervasive thing everywhere that people want that car and I'm like, Okay, what do you want that car because ultimately, they'll feel better and having that car, maybe because they feel like the car that they currently have isn't safe, or they feel like the car that they currently have, is looked down upon by their peers, or that this car will be cool, and they'll feel cool driving it Well, what does that mean, they will feel better in the having of that, that item. And there's nothing wrong with wanting to feel better, there's nothing wrong with wanting the material items or material wealth, to to enjoy it, your soul loves entertainment. Consciousness loves entertainment, there's nothing wrong with being entertained. So if you believe it's wrong, to have material wealth, while you also at the same time, want the wealth to be able to travel and buy the things that you want, you have a conflicting belief here that's getting in the way of what your soul actually wants to do. So first, you have to recognize that if you desire something, you're already connected to it. You can't desire something that you're not connected to. So if you have that desire, there's two things that are happening. One, you're connected to it, that's a good thing to you're separating yourself from it because you desire it. So when you desire it, you're telling yourself, I don't have it, and I and I want it really, really badly. And the more you desire it, the more you're separating yourself from it. So how do you bridge that gap? Because a lot of people really want something, they really want money to be able to invest in this program, or they really want money to invest in a coach, or they really want money to buy the things that I've listed already. How do they bridge that gap? When they have that desire? It's like, Well, what do you mean, I have to get rid of my desire? How do I get rid of my desire when I really want that? I don't want to not want it. And it's like, okay, you have to it. That's the

Annie Earhart:

wrong thinking. That's the wrong approach to that. So like, wanting stuff is not bad. That's not what we're talking about here. Like desiring things is not bad. That's not we're talking about, but desire in the way where you are, like you're saying separating yourself from it, like you're still sitting in the bubble of not having it, that's what we're talking about,

Ryan Mintz:

in especially that so you're in the bubble of not having it and you're focusing on the not having it and that creates a pain, right that you want to solve by having it but the problem is you're focusing on the pain of not having it rather than the allowing the the mechanisms of the universe and the invisible, co creative elements and unpredictable elements that can unfold to bring that thing into your life. And in so when we look at those kinds of desires, and the way that people behave around it, they're like, Okay, I have this desire, what do I need to do to make all that money? And they immediately go to the wrong layer of energy, they immediately say, Okay, I need to make that money. What kind of programs do I need to make or what kind of sales Do I need to get in my product? Or how do i do i need to get a job and so they're immediately thinking About what do I need to do? And what do I need to sacrifice in order to bridge the gap from where I am to where I want to go, and they're solving the wrong portion of that problem, because they're still operating on what they currently know, when, if their current language worked, they wouldn't need to shift their language to get the thing that they want. So you have to realize that you have to allow that really to sink in so that when, when you have a desire arise, and you're allowed to have a desire, it's it's part of our mechanisms toward fulfillment, creation and fulfillment. There's a reason that we have these desires, and they're okay to have these desires. It's not about separating yourself from desire, I must desire nothing. That's false spirituality. But we want to understand that the desire is to orient our direction, it's not meant to be dwelt on. And this leads me into another topic of guilt, because guilt is really, really prominent in money, especially and so many people have money programs, around guilt in terms of spending money, they're like, Oh, well, if I spend this money, I'm not going to be able to support my children. And or if I spend this money, I may not have money for rent, or whatever it is this trade off these trade offs. And they think in terms of trade offs, and or they have guilt in terms of receiving money. So they're afraid that the person who's giving them that money they're taking from that person. And because they're taking from that person, they're they're somehow feel hurting, feel bad, even even though so there's so many components of beliefs in that. So let's redefine guilt first, because there's so many mis definitions of guilt that really, really get in the way of how people live their lives. So guilt, originally, before it got distorted, was a, a mechanism of feedback from the universe. So you went to do a thing, you went to pick up a 45 pound dumbbell and you dropped it on your toe, well, next time you go to the gym, you get a sensation, you get a feeling that happens when you go to pick up that 45 pound dumbbell that says, this hurt last time. Here's a reminder of what happened. And when you get that reminder, what's supposed to happen is Oh, okay, I remember this happened last time when I made this type of behavior, I should alter the course of my behavior. And then it's done, you got the feedback, you change direction, the energy can can move through. And it's meant to be a feedback mechanism the same way if you if a dog approaches another dog that dog growls and, and shows a natural type of aggression, that dog that the other the receiving dog is supposed to say, Okay, I recognize last time I went into that territory, I got some backlash. And now I know to go a different direction. And they learn and they progress and they move forward. And the problem with humans is they they've mistranslated guilt and shame, and they end up looping in it. So what happens is, is you have a story that you tell about something that you've done in your past or something that your parents used to say. So you have this this program about being evil when when you spend money, or it's evil to have a lot of money, or it's evil to ask for more than you need. And instead of re translating that story, because it's not the only truth. You you continue to loop in that story. Every time you go to spend money, you get feedback that that is to say what you currently believe is not wholly accurate, you can change this now. And instead of you changing it, you feel the sensation of, oh, maybe I shouldn't do this, my family is going to need this money. And that feat instead of you changing the narrative, like you're supposed to you loop in the story, and that story perpetuates the guilt and then you actually don't go in the new direction you stay where you're are. And your your ego wants to have solid ground, it wants to maintain some semblance of similarity in the way that it participates with its life. And it will more likely go back to your comfort zone because it's what it's what it already knows, in the same way that if your soul is trying to be visionary, and it's trying to create from what you don't already know, you need a form of trust. And the ego doesn't like that. That's not solid to it. And the same thing happens with guilt as you're you're at a crossroads every time guilt shows up where you can change your narrative, or you can retell that same story as if it is true. And if you believe that that story is true, and you keep perpetuating that story, your experience will be that it's true. So if you believe it's bad to spend money because you're taking away from your family, your experience will be that when you spend money, you will see it as taking it from your family. Now, if you saw it as enriching your family because of how it helps you grow, when you spend money and you see it as a way of enriching all of the energy and all of the environment of your family. When you go to spend money, then that too can be your experience. If you get out of your own way, but you have to change the focus of your story in the story that you tell about it,

Annie Earhart:

as you were talking, I had the image of a Roomba in my head. So the Roomba is your, your trajectory, talking about the guilt, yeah, the trajectory, and we're talking about the guilt feedback mechanism. So the Roomba bumps into a wall, and then it shifts, it turns a different way. And it keeps going, because the the, the goal is to clean the floor, right, so it's not gonna keep bumping into the same wall without turning and moving forward in the same way. But when you just spin in the guilt, you are literally just a Roomba bumping into the wall over and over again.

Ryan Mintz:

And this is true for every single form of guilt, let that sink in. Because any type of guilt you you are telling yourself about anything you believe you should feel guilty about. That is just a belief, and you can change it right now. So if you continue to tell your stories of guilt, you're the one choosing to tell that story. If you're the one telling the stories that you tell about what it means about who you are, when you go to spend money, you are the one who is telling that story, and you're responsible for changing it. And if you go to change it and you are able to focus your consciousness on the new story, understand that both beliefs initially will coexist. And this is really important to recognize, because what's going to happen is the old belief still exists while you're installing the new belief. So as you install the new belief, some of the old information, some of the old indicators are going to come up and say, well, you still believe this thing. It's still what you what you believe now isn't true. And you have to be willing to have a little bit of what did I call it before denial, right? So you have to, you have to have a form of denial and and a conscious denial, where you are understanding that your beliefs orchestrate how energy flows through you, you recognize that you are meant to change your beliefs in order to empower you to interact with your your life in a more vibrant way. And when you get guilty feedback, or you get undesirable feedback, it means there are beliefs involved, that are conflicting with what your desired outcome is. And your task is to learn how to focus. Your task is to learn how to orient your consciousness on the belief that you want to install and focus there. Now if you keep focusing there, and flipping back to the old story and flipping to the new story, and not being convicted in the new story, you're going to energize both probabilities, you're going to energize both the one that you want a little bit and you're going to energize the one that you don't want a little bit or a lot depending on where you're pouring your energy and what stories that you're looping in, in your head. Notice that the stories and the emotions that you feel those cost energy, and they coalesce as energy, and the where you're pouring your attention, where you're pouring your focus. And that shows up and manifests in terms of the thoughts that you're thinking and the the places that you're looking for confirmations that is going to initially build the physical manifestation manifested result, we have a lot of, of this type of guilt for receiving money, you know, so if we have a client, we wanted to increase our prices, and we want to ask for a higher price, there's a form of guilt that shows up. And

Annie Earhart:

what if you start displacing that guilt onto them thinking they can't afford it, they blah, blah, blah, and you start telling stories about them?

Ryan Mintz:

Exactly. Not only is that a form of projection, right? That you your beliefs are creating a lens in front of you through which your energy is being filtered, that filter is mirrored back to you in the form of the way that that customer is seen by you. Right. So if you believe that you are taking from that customer, or they don't have enough money, and you're going to hurt their life by by taking payment from them, then you will see and tell the story of them not being able to afford it. And a lot of times they'll simply not be able to afford it. But when you have the belief that you can't afford this right now, you're missing out on all these other areas where you could cultivate the money that you need. If people really want something, they can make it happen. If you've ever had your car break down, you've been able to sell your camera or your computer or get money from family or different things that you don't consider as receiving money even though you're asking for money or asking for the solutions from the universe and the universe delivered, just maybe not in the way that you preferred. And that money can show up via a credit card and you're able to then invest in the thing that you need to invest in when you actually orient your consciousness towards solving that particular issue. problem. And obviously, when the stakes are a little bit higher in your mind, because you set the stakes in your mind based on the stories that you tell, you believe that your car is really, really, really, really important to get you to work. And there's all these catastrophes that happen if you don't do it. So what happens, you orient your focus, and all of these things, show up your family helps you, you have a credit card that you're able to put part of it on, you're able to sell something perhaps out of your house that helps you make the money and you make the money, it always happens. And the same thing happens anywhere else, when you really want something. And when you make the excuse that you can't afford this right now, you're actually getting in your way. Now you have judgments about the way that money shows up for you, you have judgments about it being bad to put money on a credit, having money come from a credit card, you have you have judgments about it being bad, that money comes from family members when you need it. And I always tell people is like you're asking for money. And right now you have all these other beliefs that are showing up that are causing money to show up from family, in spite of that, not being your preference. And it's like you're looking at your preference. And that's blocking you from seeing the fact that you asked for money and it showed up, you need to start there, you need to recognize that you asked for money and it showed up. And then you have to navigate the beliefs that are causing it to show up from your family rather than from your business.

Annie Earhart:

Yeah, for example, if you are very tied to an identity that "I can do this on my own by myself", and then the money comes from your mom. And then feelings of guilt, show up feelings of shame show up. Look at that. Look at that, because the money is there.

Ryan Mintz:

So let's look at that a little bit differently, or a little bit deeper. So when money from your mom shows up, and you have guilt, well, that guilt is a feedback signal from your world that says it's okay, you asked for money. And here it is, and you're telling the story of this is bad to receive money this way. So is the guilt to say this is bad to receive money this way? Or is the guilt a feedback mechanism saying, oh, you're getting exactly what you're asking for, but you're telling the wrong story about it. And so in order to really shift your money beliefs, in order to get these things to shift, you have to look at these really fundamental programs that were adopted in childhood that were adopted in these altered programs through the first 25 years of your life and different events that happened. And in this is a good way to bridge into some of these childhood events. So everyone as a child adopts their money beliefs from their mother, primarily, but also from their parents and the way that their parents spend money, the way their parents talk about money. Money, to a large extent is kind of a love language. So it gets it gets embedded as a definition of love to some extent. And those distortions born out of childhood are going to alter what you your definitions of good and evil. That's going to alter how you think about money in relationship to good and evil, there are going to be good ways of having money, and they're going to be bad ways of having money. And those definitions are always limiting. And part of the work is to recognize what those definitions are and expand those definitions so that you can actually start to expand the ways that money can come in from you. And so many people are like, well, won't that make me do bad things to get money? It's like, No, you have self awareness, you know what you're doing, you're able to have discernment about the actions that you're taking, what it does is it opens up field of probability so that that money can actually start to move because right now you, you're putting clamps on certain areas of where that energy can move. And it's not only affecting your money, it's actor, it's infecting. It's infecting your embodiment. And it's affecting how you can sell you can actually show up if you think that it's bad, to make money. But you have this amazing program that could really transform people's lives. But you're not selling, you're not getting sales for it because of your beliefs around what it means to sell it all the time, or what people think about people who sell on on social media or whatever the case is, then your beliefs about selling or getting in the way of you actually creating the transformations for people that you really want to make. And what's more important you helping people transform, or you getting stuck in your dogma that 900,000 people don't share that same belief. 900,000 people in the world have an alternate belief than you about that thing that allows them to make money in a completely different way than you while enriching people's lives who's winning, you can either be loved for you can either be hated for being rich, or you could be hated for being poor. It doesn't matter which do you want to be?

Annie Earhart:

Ultimately? Yeah, exactly. And so I think a lot of the people listening are in some sort of like spiritual community, whether wherever, whatever, they have a little bit of maybe energetic sense that sometimes it's it all starts inside and with the energy. So oftentimes, I think people go when they want to quote unquote"manifest" something, they go to manifestation techniques, they go to affirmations, they go to that kind of stuff when they want to work with their beliefs, but I want to talk about why those are not the freaking way to get what you're looking for.

Ryan Mintz:

Exactly. I've spoken about manifestation several times, not on this podcast, obviously. But one of the things that I gripe about a lot in terms of manifestation is manifestation a lot of times is wishful thinking people want to they they believe that this greener pastures idea that in the having of this thing, they'll feel better. And once they have this thing and feel better, they be able to do the thing that they want to do. And so they basically take on this this wishful thinking that says, Okay, if I wish for this hard enough, or I do this intention setting or if I do this ritual, then that will materialize my perfect relationship that will materialize money if I do this in this chant in this certain way. Or if I do this type of meditation, and to some extent, when you're focusing on something, you, you coalesce the energy of it, while at the same time, the majority of people who are participating in minut meta manifestation exercises are our thinking, they're focusing on the thing that they want, but they're actually focusing on the energy of the lack of it. And they, they're like, I want this thing, I want this thing. And what happens when they do that. So if they create this field of probability of the thing that they want, they, they immediately keep looking at it, they're like, Oh, well, if I don't look at it, or if I think negative thoughts, or if I have any of these energies, that conflict with it, I'm going to ruin it. And so then what happens they they don't get it, and they believe they ruined it, because they had negative thoughts somewhere. And your negative thoughts and your negative emotions don't in any way hurt your manifestation, they are all energy at all, after all energy. And so where you're focusing whether you have positive emotions, or negative emotions, their energy, they're still going to coalesce it is your belief about what emotion is good and bad, that alters your, your experience of that emotion. And, and so there's these beliefs that that having positive beliefs versus negative influences the manifestation, that then changes their entire manifestation process. But notice I said, manifestation, process manifestation is happening 24 seven, every single day. And so many people think of manifestation as a magic trick that gets things to appear in their life. And that is always happening. And it actually happens even more rapidly when you get out of the way. So when you have that desire, like I said earlier, you're already connected to that thing. And if you're constantly asking for it, you're constantly creating new fields of probability in which you don't have it. And, and so what you can do, now, recognizing that that is the case, is you can recognize, okay, I have a desire for this thing. And then trust that you're going to have it someday. And you can just trust that it'll show up when the time is right and that it will show up in the perfect way. And you can also trust that the the action steps that you need to do will be produced through you. Now if you're constantly focused on what to do, and you're constantly saying, Okay, I have to do these things. I'm not doing these things. Well, I like I really should be working even though I feel like reading a book or I feel like writing poetry or I feel like sitting in the sun. And you're constantly focused on what you should do. Even though your soul is saying just lay in the sun for a little bit. You are You are still trying to control a type of energy that is in the disconnection or separation from the thing that you want. So this is a practice. If it wasn't a practice, everybody would be millionaires with mansions just by manifesting all the time. So you first have to recognize that most of your manifestation goals are just to make you feel better. You have to learn to, to feel in general, if you cannot feel in general and you don't allow all of these sensations through, you are going to be noisy. If you are energetically noisy, the energy that goes through you is going to be noisy and unclear. Your intuition will be noisy and unclear. And if your intuitions noisy and unclear, the visionary aspects of you that are guiding you are going to guide you in two directions at once and you're going to most likely given your other beliefs that are nested within this go in the direction that is cyclical and the old direction.

Annie Earhart:

comfy. Oh, it's so comfy. And in regards to money, I think a lot of people talk about receiving. Learning to receive. There are so it but in terms of this people are talking about opening up yourself to receive more abundance you hear that kind of phrase go haywire on the internet. But think about this talking about kind of segwaying off of what you're talking about learning to feel not just feel the Good stuff. So if you want to learn how to receive, how do you receive criticism, right? Some of the non preferential things like are you able to receive that as well as the good stuff, because oftentimes, those are the same opening mechanisms. And if you're not willing to open towards for everything and feel everything, and go through everything, you can't just open the valve in a certain way that doesn't work.

Ryan Mintz:

It's all or nothing, you're either if you're not willing to have a negative experience, you're not willing to have any experience at all. And so you have to be willing to receive everything the criticism or not. And in the thing is, so many people sit in meditation, so many people do all these exercises on their own. They speak spiritually by themselves, but they don't realize the the the mechanism of the universe that actually puts into action, the things that you think you're practicing on your own is an input is a force. If you do not have a force upon you, you cannot test the things that you've been shifting. So it's important to recognize when somebody comes with criticism, or somebody comes with backlash, based on your beliefs, that guilt, that feedback that you are feeling that you're experiencing, is a mechanism that allows you to to reevaluate where you are to evaluate, okay, is the work I've been doing, actually, realigning me with the life that I want to live in the embodiment that I want to live in the expression that I want to live? Or am I just stuck in the idea of it? Do I like the idea of it, and I keep telling this idea, and I sit in this place that feels safe, but I'm actually not going anywhere, I just keep coming up and stirring up ideas that are the same ideas with different masks on without actually taking those next steps to get the feedback from the universe. And the universe is a two way street. Most people are like, Okay, well, everything is internal. And when you start to go internal, and there's like, even just walking down the street earlier, we see people wearing their earbuds on with a hat on in sunglasses. And luckily, they're not wearing masks here. But they're there their internal the even at the gym, you see people who are completely internal, and they are losing the the the experience of the outside world, which is something that we are embodied here to experience. And what has happened in the spiritual community is so many people are being turned inward, and they lose half of the equation. Whereas before in, in human history, everything was turned outward with no internal connection, everybody's now going to the extreme opposite polarity. And the thing that we want to learn is that both of those polarities exist, and they need to find balance in the order to find that balance, we get force from the end, we get force from the outside world, we are testing our new beliefs, and we are going to spend money and or we're going to ask for money from a client. And we're afraid that they're not going to be able to afford it. But we're also trusting that they are empowered humans and can choose for themselves what they can afford. And they say they can't afford it. And so we get this type of force coming in and guess what happens, we have a sensation that happens in our body, that sensation, that fight or flight or that feedback that we get in our body,

Annie Earhart:

or that yuck, that feeling of

Ryan Mintz:

guilt. Yeah, and anything, there's so many different versions of that sensation, we have to learn to feel that sensation, and and separate it from the stories that we tell in regards to that sensation, because that feedback is really, really important. It cannot give us an a, a tense sensation, if there's not parts of our template that exists to energize. And so those are indicators of where our templates believed that's how somebody worked was going to respond. And we have to take ownership of that we have to have personal responsibility, that even though this is a co creation, the person who showed up to co create that interaction specifically showed up as that person in the way that they did because of the beliefs we had about how that interaction would go. And we need to be able to shift our beliefs at a very deep level and these layers and you don't just ship all of your beliefs and then Okay, now you're ready to make money. And that's a really big misconception. People want to shift from one belief. They're like, okay, now I'm gonna make money tomorrow, I want to manifest Okay, now I'm gonna make all this money tomorrow. So they

Annie Earhart:

box the thing here, and this is the money rain, like, no, that is endedness. Exactly.

Ryan Mintz:

And, and that's not how it works. It's peeled in layers. And so what happens is you listen to a podcast like this, or you have a coach who guides you through some of their beliefs. And that starts to peel some really important layers. And you might take some really good steps forward. But what does that do? That changes the energy now the feedback has to change as well. And so you start to get new feedback. And that feedback then tells you about physical sensation, it tells you about your beliefs, because you start telling a story about what that feedback means. Well, you have to look at that story and separate that story from the sensations that you're feeling. So that you can change that. story as well in peel another layer. Well, what do I believe about this,

Annie Earhart:

I had the, not too long ago in the keyholders community, I posted a post where I was peeling back deeper, deeper layers of the money stuff. And that there are certain guilts that I realized were there, even after installing several layers of empowering beliefs around this kind of stuff. So it gets more nuanced it doesn't, the more you're able to look at it. And the more skillful you are in peeling back these layers, and separating your stories from your emotions, and from the sensations in your body, and all this stuff, like all comes in a package. And you get better at the skill, the more nuanced those beliefs become the new ones that you haven't noticed yet. So I've been peeling back those layers,

Ryan Mintz:

let's go give them a couple examples of some things that could have shown up at different times that can cause them to to have stories about themselves in regards to their finances. So on one hand, they might have bought something and didn't use it. So they believe from here on out, I'm gonna invest in things and never use it, I waste my money when I spend my money. And in so that belief is going to cause them not only to spend money and lose it, but they're going to then think of themselves as a gamble. Right. And they believe that anytime they spend money, that money May, you know, maybe they'll spend the money, and they'll do the program, but it might not work for them. And so that is this external authority that either allows it to work for them, or it doesn't, the University doesn't work for them. And in this victim mentality, is getting in their way significantly, versus the mentality that they are an investment and when they spend money, that an energetic investment adds to their feminine container that adds to the container that they have built that can store that energy. And when you add to that, it actually adds you're not just draining it, right. So if your feminine energy container is a bucket, and you believe that you're a gamble, when you spend your money, you might not use the program, if you spend your money, your that your money is gonna run out, if you spend your money, you might, it might not work for you, you are a gamble. And that bucket has holes in it. So every time you spend your money, yeah, your energy drains. But if you believe that you're an investment, if you believe that you're going to invest in this program, and no matter what you're going to do the work to learn the things that you need to learn to grow. Or that no matter what happens in this program, your investment itself moves energy that allows you to grow and flourish in very important ways. Well, now you have a bucket that doesn't have holes in it, your energy just added to that bucket. And that makes a huge difference. When you go to spend money on anything that builds a lot of trust in yourself. And that to you have to be able to trust yourself, you have to have that knowing and lead yourself lead yourself because so many people want things give they have this, these subtle tendrils of victim mindset that show up in money and in relationship and in even interactions with coaching itself, where where they, they disempower themselves in these really subtle ways. And just shifting your mindset about being an investment so that when you spend your money, you trust that the money is going to come back to you that you're going to be supported. And that you're going to do what you need to do to come up with the money or to build the money or to use what you're learning proactively to enrich your life in a certain way. And you're going to specifically look for the areas of your life that are rising, rather than constantly looking at the areas of your life that are falling. So taking

Annie Earhart:

the example, I think I don't remember if this was from freedom teachings, or like the first round of master key but pizza money when you go building that whole investment mindset versus draining your pot of gold. It is every every time you exchange money for something that figure out a way that that is an investment in yourself and how that builds and coalesces within you

Ryan Mintz:

so so pizza money is really funny people, people love pizza money. And what that story was, is let's say you ordered a pizza. And most people say okay, well I just spent money on a pizza, that money is gone. And what I want to remind you is that when you spent money, that money energy was returned to you in the form of a pizza, you received more than what you spent because not only did you receive a pizza, but you receive the energy that you get in your physical body from that pizza. You had an energy exchange and you spent you you invested money and you received pizza money in return that adds to that energetic cycle. Now when you invest in anything, there is a pizza money version of that, that you can start to see in everything that you do instead of you feeling like every time you spend money, oh my money is draining my bank accounts draining. You have to stop thinking in terms of things draining but in terms of thinking about how every place you place your money isn't moving an ocean of energy. In every single direction, that even though you giving $5 away didn't immediately return $10 to your hand in that same exchange, when you put $5, over to the left, that pulled $10 worth of energy and value from the right. And you have to understand that these things are constantly turning over. But they're also very strongly influenced by what you believe about these energies. So what you pulled towards you has to do with your energetic templates and your belief templates that are going to change what things are pushed away from you, as you pull that string and what things are pushed pulled towards you, as you pull that string, the thing to remind yourself of, you're always going to be out of alignment with someone. And if you're trying to be liked by everyone, if you are trying to have approval by a certain community, and the thing you want to do might step you slightly outside of that community, you have to be you have to recognize that you don't want to be friends with people who don't want to be friends with you anyway, you don't need to be liked by people who are not in your tribe, who are not your customer who are not your people. And so when people leave, that is your $5 going out and bringing $10 to you, you are making money when people leave, you're making money when people disagree with what you're trying to do. Because at the same time, you're bringing twice as many people to you that can interact with the energy that you're trying to embody.

Annie Earhart:

So you're making money when you lose followers, ding, ding, ding, ding.

Ryan Mintz:

So a big component of money is worthiness, you have to be worthy of receiving that money, you have to be worthy of the transformations that you want, you have to be able to. And it's not just saying I'm worthy of this, it's so much more nuanced of it. Because the stories that you tell when you go to spend it, you partially believe that when you spend this money, that the information is really good, and it works for everybody else. And you don't believe that it'll work for you? Well, that belief that it won't work for you, is based on memories that you're energizing. And it's based on that unworthiness program. You can also choose that when you spend that money, it's going to it'll absolutely work for you because you make it work. Because you do the work, you pay attention, you organize your life such that you can, you can be empowered in any of those environments. And that's a choice. That's not something that happens outside of you. And right now a lot of you choose that the outside world is what determines that kind of worthiness, you're using outside evidence to determine how worthy you are of the success that you want the interactions that you want.

Annie Earhart:

And you're waiting, you're waiting for the outside world to rearrange itself such that it is comfortable for you to make an investment is comfortable for you to do the thing you want to do. But that's one of the biggest energy leaks ever is waiting for the outside world to rearrange. So you can be comfy moving forward,

Ryan Mintz:

exactly, you're it's never gonna happen, you're never going to the thing that you really want to embody the thing that you really want to offer, the thing that you really want to have happen is not going to happen until you yourself step forward in the energy of the person who who is is orchestrating that whole environment. So if you are constantly waiting for things to be perfect, if you're waiting to have X amount of dollars in your bank with these kinds of criteria and this kind of feeling inside and you want to feel safe and you want to feel aligned, your ego will literally never, never, never, I'll say it again, never have that it will never have it. And so you have to get into the mindset that the thing that you want, is going to require you to trust that it will show up, it will keep you at that precipice of doubt. And you're gonna step up to that precipice of doubt. And you're going to be asked, Do you trust it? And you're going to have to then say, I know that this will work in the way that I want. I'm going to hold the conviction that this is going to work I'm going to recognize where I have conflicted stories and beliefs that come up that say, Oh, well, this did work in the past. You did this the same way last time, and it didn't work while you're also energizing that story. And you have to recognize that those are just stories, and then refocus your mind. If your mind is not skillful. If your mind pours energy into all these different stories, then you are going to energize those different stories and energize the outcomes that those different stories bring based on where you're focusing your energy. So you're, you believe that your worthiness is determined by something you've done or something you haven't done, you believe that it's earned, or that you have to fix something in order to be worthy. And I'm going to leave you with this today. You are worthy by default, your worthiness is a divine right. So anywhere that you are going to interact in your relationships in your business where you die. Whether you are qualified, where you doubt whether you are attractive whether you doubt that you have the right voice, you choose to have the right voice and you believe in it ahead of time. So that when you you show up in in that the energy of that belief, the words that you need to affirm that belief will show up the embodiment that you need to affirm that belief will show up. If you keep waiting for it to show up later, and playing small along the way. Those things will never materialize for you. I hope you enjoyed today's podcast. I hope that it helps to coalesce some ideas in you and lights a fire in you that will get some things to start to shift. Thank you for listening.

Annie Earhart:

We'll see you guys later.
